As of now, the Longyun engine has completed more than 120 startups and reliability testing time has exceeded 10000 seconds. Among them, a single engine can work continuously for 3700 seconds, with a maximum of 30 startups. Key characteristics related to the reuse of the engine, such as large-scale thrust adjustment (100%~32%), three startups, simple use and maintenance, and low inlet condition startups, have been fully evaluated, According to the overall reliability requirements, the assessment of projects such as undercooled propellant, pump cavitation, thermal oscillation, working condition deviation, and task profile has been completed successively.
