       Recently, JiuZhou YunJian "LongYun" 80-ton liquid oxygen methane engine has completed three start-up hot test runs. This test run has the following notable features:

  1. For the first time in my country, the high-thrust liquid oxygen methane rocket engine has been started three times, and the start-up technology continues to lead;

  2. JiuZhou YunJian's starting technology has been further upgraded after Lingyun engine assessment. The starting system used in this test is consistent with the state of the arrow. The test shows that the upgraded starting system can well support the multiple start applications of LongYun engine on the arrow. ;

  3. LongYun engine has taken a solid step towards recyclability and reuse.

One-time start 20s+120s taxi, second start 20s+80s taxi, three start 30s

  The success of the three start-up tests of the "LingYun" and "LongYun" engines of JiuZhou YunJian has expanded the application range of JiuZhou YunJian's multiple-start technology and further explored the application of high-thrust liquid oxygen methane engines as the main power in recovery rockets. Feasibility, marking the two-type engine is about to enter a new engineering stage.

  In the follow-up, the "LongYun" engine will be subjected to deep variable thrust test and long-range hot test.
