Recently, Jiuzhou Yunjian's 10-ton "Lingyun" engine has undergone a two-wheel engine swing test run at the Bengbu Proving Ground. In the two-round hot test, each system worked normally, each performance index was normal, and the test was a complete success.

The "Lingyun" engine adopts the front-pump swing scheme, and the electromechanical servo mechanism performs a ±8° bidirectional swing to achieve engine thrust vector control. The pump front swing technology has a compact structure and a small working flow resistance. It is widely used in the upper stage engine of a launch vehicle.

This round of swing test, completed the maximum angle swing of ±8°, carried out sine wave swing circle, square wave position, sweep frequency and triangle wave swing test, and carried out the joint test of engine variable thrust and thermal swing at the same time, verifying the engine variable thrust Compatibility with the work of the servo system, this test covers the control requirements of subsequent flight missions.

Up to now, "Lingyun" engine has completed the hot test run for thousands of seconds, multiple start-ups, deep thrust adjustment, low-cost maintenance and other technologies have been verified, and it has passed the reliability hot test run before the customer's rocket flight. In the future, Jiuzhou Yunjian will also continue to focus on the development of the reuse power of liquid oxygen and methane, and continue to contribute Jiuzhou's strength to the development of China.
