Recently, the vacuum version of the Kyushu Yunjian Lingyun engine has completed calibration and hot test evaluation, and the engine parameters are consistent with the preset values, achieving a complete success in the test.

The Lingyun Engine Vacuum Edition (LY-10V) is developed for the second or upper stage of a rocket, with a vacuum thrust of 12.5 tons and a design specific impulse of 345s. It is the first vacuum version liquid oxygen methane engine developed by the company. The measured thrust performance of the engine in this test meets the requirements.

Subsequently, Kyushu Cloud Arrow will conduct reliability tests on the vacuum version of the Lingyun engine and continue to strive to create a highly reliable and high-performance classic liquid oxygen methane engine.
