    10-ton-class liquid oxygen-methane engine

    Product Introduction:
The "Lingyun" liquid oxygen-methane engine is the first liquid rocket engine launched by Jiuzhou Yunjian specifically for the commercial space market. It also marks the debut of China's first liquid engine capable of multiple ignitions, deep thrust modulation, and support for rocket recovery and reuse. With its exceptional multi-ignition capability and proven variable thrust performance ranging from 20% to 105%, the engine can be configured in multi-stage parallel arrangements to meet the launch, recovery, and reusability requirements of small-scale liquid rockets. This versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of payloads and mission scenarios, with particularly promising applications in upper-stage rocket systems. Currently, the "Lingyun" engine has successfully completed all critical tests, including multiple ignition cycles, deep thrust modulation, thermal swing tests, low-pressure chamber tests, and high-pressure chamber hot-fire tests. The cumulative duration of these hot-fire tests has exceeded 10,000 seconds. Additionally, the engine played a pivotal role in China's demonstration flight and recovery test for a reusable rocket, achieving a successful vertical takeoff and landing validation—marking another significant milestone in the development of advanced aerospace technologies.

Lingyun Engine

The "Lingyun" liquid oxygen-methane engine is the first liquid rocket engine launched by Jiuzhou Yunjian specifically for the commercial space market. It also marks the first domestically developed liquid engine in China that features multiple ignition capabilities, deep thrust modulation, and supports rocket recovery and reuse. With its exceptional multi-ignition performance and a verified thrust modulation range of 20% to 105%, the engine can be configured through multi-stage parallel arrangements to meet the launch, recovery, and reuse requirements of small-scale liquid rockets. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of payloads and mission scenarios, with particularly promising applications in upper-stage rocket systems. Currently, the "Lingyun" engine has successfully completed all required tests, including multiple ignitions, deep thrust modulation, thermal swing tests, low-pressure chamber tests, and high-pressure chamber hot-fire tests. The cumulative duration of these hot-fire tests has exceeded 10,000 seconds. Furthermore, the engine played a critical role in China's demonstration flight and recovery test for a reusable rocket prototype featuring vertical takeoff and landing, achieving complete success.
