Centrifugal pump
The company currently offers two models of cryogenic centrifugal pumps: one is an liquid oxygen centrifugal pump operating at approximately 92 K, and the other is a liquid methane centrifugal pump operating at about 110 K. Both models have undergone comprehensive testing and evaluation using various cryogenic media, including liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid methane. Additionally, these pumps successfully supported Lingyun engines in completing full-scale thermal tests and evaluations.
The company is currently developing several models of cryogenic centrifugal pumps, primarily designed to supply liquid oxygen-methane engines and LNG applications. These pumps cover a wide range of flow rates from 3 kg to 200 kg, with pressure rise capabilities ranging from 1 MPa to 18 MPa, and rotational speeds spanning from 8,000 rpm to 30,000 rpm. The parameter specifications broadly meet the requirements for civilian cryogenic centrifugal pump applications.
Power Turbine
Turbines are commonly used as power sources for rotating machinery in the civilian sector. Their basic structure consists of two main components: the rotor and the stator. Typically driven by media such as air, steam, or gas, turbines find extensive applications in civilian fields including energy, power generation, and advanced equipment industries.
Currently, the company offers two turbine products: a gas-driven two-stage turbine operating at approximately 650K with a power output of 1.1 MW and a structural weight of 15 kg; and an air-driven radial-flow turbine designed for ambient temperatures, delivering a power output of 150 kW with a structural weight of 10 kg.
The company is currently developing multiple models of power turbine products, with power ranges spanning from 20 kW to 7,000 kW and rotational speeds ranging from 10,000 rpm to 30,000 rpm. These products cater to the application needs of both conventional and high-temperature power turbines for civilian use.
