    The company fully leverages modern simulation techniques throughout the product development process, establishing robust capabilities across multiple simulation domains. While addressing its own product development challenges, the company has also undertaken several external simulation projects, helping clients overcome technical hurdles encountered during their product development processes.

    1. Model Library/Knowledge Base and Simulation Platform 
    During the engine development process, a library of transient simulation models for engines was established and successfully applied to the "Lingyun" engine developed by the company, as well as to the start-up and shutdown procedures formulated for a pre-research engine project undertaken by the company. These applications have yielded excellent results. 
    2. Simulation for Control System R&D and Testing 
    During the development of the thrust-vectoring system for the "Lingyun" engine, advanced control system R&D and test simulation technologies were established. Comprehensive testing and validation activities, including model-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop tests, were conducted to accelerate the development process and ensure the quality of the control system. Ultimately, the thrust-vectoring system successfully passed the hot-fire test evaluation. 
    3. 3D Visualization and System Simulation 
    In undertaking the project development for a certain institute, we will integrate the design-oriented simulation model with the 3D visualization program to provide an intuitive display of the product's status. Additionally, human-machine interaction software and hardware will be incorporated, combined with VR technology, to enable in-the-loop simulation, subjective evaluation simulation, and virtual training. 
    4. One-Dimensional Simulation for Design 
    Using one-dimensional simulation methods, critical components or entire systems within fluid systems, servo systems, and control systems are simulated. Parameter sensitivity analyses are conducted to provide theoretical computational support for the design process. 
    5. Structural Strength Simulation 
    Utilizing methods such as the finite element method, strength and modal analyses are conducted on the truss structures, critical components, and highly flexible parts within the product, thereby supporting the associated design activities.
