Lingyun Engine

The "Lingyun" liquid oxygen-methane engine is the first liquid rocket engine launched by Jiuzhou Yunjian specifically for the commercial space market. It also marks the first domestically developed liquid engine in China that features multiple ignition capabilities, deep thrust modulation, and supports rocket recovery and reuse. With its exceptional multi-ignition performance and a verified thrust modulation range of 20% to 105%, the engine can be configured through multi-stage parallel arrangements to meet the launch, recovery, and reuse requirements of small-scale liquid rockets. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of payloads and mission scenarios, with particularly promising applications in upper-stage rocket systems. Currently, the "Lingyun" engine has successfully completed all required tests, including multiple ignitions, deep thrust modulation, thermal swing tests, low-pressure chamber tests, and high-pressure chamber hot-fire tests. The cumulative duration of these hot-fire tests has exceeded 10,000 seconds. Furthermore, the engine played a critical role in China's demonstration flight and recovery test for a reusable rocket prototype featuring vertical takeoff and landing, achieving complete success.

Longyun Engine

The "Longyun" liquid oxygen-methane engine is the first multi-start, reusable, high-thrust liquid rocket engine launched by Jiuzhou Yunjian. It can serve as the primary first-stage propulsion engine for medium-to-large-sized liquid launch vehicles. The "Longyun" engine boasts a sea-level thrust-to-weight ratio exceeding 80, delivering a sea-level thrust of 70 tons and a vacuum thrust of 80 tons, with a thrust regulation range spanning from 32% to 106%. This engine can be applied in configurations of up to five engines in parallel for rockets with a diameter of 3.35 meters, seven engines in parallel for 3.8-meter-diameter rockets, and nine engines in parallel for 4.2-meter-diameter rockets. Each single module supports liftoff masses ranging from 350 to 630 tons, while the maximum liftoff capacity for heavy-duty parallel configurations can reach up to 1,800 tons. Currently, the "Longyun" engine has successfully completed a 7,000-second hot-fire test evaluation. Notably, it marks the first domestic achievement of ignition testing using stainless steel tanks paired with a liquid oxygen-methane engine. In 2024, the engine will undergo suborbital flight tests and sea-based recovery operations.

Rotating Machinery Type

The company currently offers two models of cryogenic centrifugal pumps: a liquid oxygen pump operating at approximately 92 K, and a liquid methane pump operating at about 110 K. Both models have undergone comprehensive testing under various cryogenic media, including liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid methane, successfully supporting Lingyun engines in completing full-scale thermal tests and evaluations.

Ultra-Low Temperature and High-Pressure Valve Product Series

Over the next five years, domestic petrochemical valves will become the primary drivers of demand, particularly with a significant surge in domestic production requirements for high-temperature, high-pressure valves, cryogenic valves, and ultra-cryogenic valves. Leveraging its expertise in liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen and liquid oxygen-methane rocket engine technologies, the company has developed a series of valve products tailored to meet the demands of high-pressure, cryogenic, and ultra-cryogenic applications in civilian sectors. These products primarily include five major categories: cryogenic pneumatic control valves, solenoid valves, pressure-reducing valves, check valves, and electrically actuated regulating valves. The valve products developed by the company feature lightweight designs, rapid response capabilities, reliable sealing performance, and high precision in regulation. They are engineered to operate reliably under challenging conditions characterized by high pressure, extreme cold, ultra-low temperatures, high temperatures, and severe vibration environments.

Simulation Technology

The company fully leverages modern simulation techniques throughout the product development process, establishing robust capabilities across multiple simulation domains. While addressing its own product development challenges, it has also undertaken several external simulation projects, helping clients overcome technical hurdles encountered during their product development processes.
